Hello Everyone.... We are smack dab in the middle of the Winter Carpet season but in less that 2 months we will start working our ways outdoors and back out to the NW RC Speedway Complex. Last year we were able to revive the program from the dead and get a pretty solid foundation! We want to be able to build on that great start and make it even stronger this year and the best way to do that is involvement. This is the prelim meeting to throw out ideas for schedules, rules, and planned facility upgrades.

Since a large number of the major players in putting on the season of racing will be in town this weekend and at the local carpet race this Saturday, it figures that just sitting down after the race might be a simple solution since everyone is there already!

So for all of you who are interested in being a part of some of the decision making for the 2010 outdoor year this is one of those oppurtunities.

Possible Topics (but not limited too)

*Possible Schedule

*SPEC Slash- Any rules updates needed?

*4X4 SC lay the ground rules

*Proposed upgrades to facility- (fencing? updated drivers stand railing? addition of an extra lane in width to back of track? etc)

*Work Day for opening of year, repairs needed

*Start Times of Races Early year, Mid Summer and Fall

*Format for day (2 qual, AA for 1/10, 15min main for 1/8)

*NW Short Course Nationals (Rules, Whats needed to be done, helping out)

*NCT Race (Track Design, Equipment, Helping Out)

*Corner Marshalling, Track Maintenance and Driver Etiquette during raceday
