Friday January 16th opened the doors of the NWIC Race #4 in Kennewick at the Benton County Fairgrounds. For the most part the practice day was pretty uneventful and the groove began to come on as the day went on. 

Qualifying has finished at the Northwest Indoor Championships Race #4. Well the 2nd day is in the books and it was another good day of racing. The groove had fully arrived by the time qualifying starter in the around 10:30 in the morning. Each round started with Rubber 17.5 and ended with the NASCAR oval racing. Many Classes had battles for TQ that lasted in to the fourth and last round of qualifying. Things went fairly smooth throughout the day even though we were slightly behind schedule most racing was finished up by 7-730 PM.
